Contest & Fun-Fly dates should occur at least 1 month after the Mail/Online date to allow time for travel and reservations.
Photos to be in TIF or JPG format, at least 1600 pixels wide and NOT embedded in text.
Name of photo files should be same as caption desired or in matching numbered text file.
